practice with the addition of Michael C. Sullivan as a director in the Northeast region.
Sullivan has extensive experience in analyzing businesses for companies and
creditor groups in restructurings. He has worked on behalf of debtors, secured and
unsecured creditors, as well as trustees. At Deloitte, Sullivan will focus on delivering
fresh start reporting and other debtor advisory services to clients nationwide.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Sullivan was a managing director for a publicly traded
consulting firm that he founded and where he led the fresh start reporting practice.
He also has significant experience in performing forensic accounting studies, fraud
investigations and post-acquisition purchase price disputes. He has analyzed
damage claims before Federal and state courts as well as arbitration panels.
Sullivan is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor and a Certified
Public Accountant licensed in New Jersey and New York. He is a member of the
Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors, the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Sullivan earned his Bachelor’s degree from Villanova University. n

by Ennstone to explore strategic
alternatives, including a sale of the
company. Ennstone was seeking a
liquidity event after outperforming

emergence from Chapter 11 bankruptcy
protection in March 2010.

Industry veteran Steven Bellah joined

Phoenix Assists Reitnouer
in Obtaining $7.5MM
Phoenix Management Services acted
as financial advisor to Reitnouer, a
manufacturer of bolted, aluminum
flatbed and dropdeck trailers, in
conjunction with the structuring and
negotiation of a $7.5 million revolving
credit facility agented by NorthMill Capital.
Harney Management Hires
Steve Narsutis, CIRA, joined Harney
Management Partners as a managing
director. Previously, he was a managing
director at Bridge Finance Group where
he directed the company’s troubled
asset portfolio and was in charge of joint
venture investments. At LaSalle Business
